Beate Maes / Course management

Beate Maes has been working as an actress for film and television for 30 years. As a coach, she has been supporting actors and directors for over 10 years in their preparation for filming and in the development of charismatic characters. In basic workshops she also teaches physical-mental acting techniques to executives and actors to increase their personal presence (e.g. at the HfMdK Frankfurt, UdK Berlin, Schauspielschule Zerboni Munich, Green-Actors-Lounge, Snowdance-Independent-Filmfestival and many more).

First director and copywriter in advertising. Winner of the Golden and Silver Lions in Cannes. Since 1992 director and screenwriter in film and television. Major projects: Straight Shooter (cinema), Tatort (TV), Reality XL (independent). Direction of the Snowdance Independent Film Festival, Essen. Course management and lecturer acting ISFF/Berlin.

Bo Rosenmuller

Bo Rosenmuller

Has been working in casting, production for 25 years. Artist Relations, Content Creation and Coaching. As a casting director and owner of a casting agency, she cast more than 60 feature films, TV movies over 200 episodes for series and shows between 2005 and 2020. In September 2021, it will launch the YOUR ERA coaching platform together with We Are Era under the Bertelsmann umbrella. As a creative producer, she is a “matchmaker” for talent and media, among other things. She served as the program curator for the Green Actors Lounge in 2021/2022.

Wolfram Winter

Wolfram Winter

Prof. Wolfram Winter (58) has been working in the media industry for over 30 years as a founder, managing director and manager – his stations included ProSieben, Universal Studios and Sky. The industry service dwdl described him as “Mr. Pay TV,” and in 2015 he won a Golden Stevie Award as executive of the year in communications, investor relations and PR. Today, as founder and CEO of the Thr3Winters network, he is mainly a consultant, as well as an advisory board and supervisory board member. He has been teaching at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences as a professor for 10 years, especially in the field of media management. He is a shareholder and chairman of the film production company Pictures in a Frame.

Uwe Bünker

Casting director and owner of Bünker Casting GbR; casting for film, television and commercials; casting work for Enfant Terrible, Paradise, Iron Sky, Flügel aus Beton, Honecker und der Pastor a.o. u.v.m. a.o. with Caroline Link, Marc Rothemund, Oskar Roehler, Lea Becker, Dennis Gansel, Robert Glinski, Andrei Konchalovsky, Mathias Tiefenbacher, Tomy Wigand and many others; Uwe Bünker is a member of the Bundesverband Casting (BVC), a member of the International Casting Directors Network (ICDN) and a member of the Casting Section of the Deutsche Filmakademie e.V. and a member of the Deutsche Akademie für Fernsehen e.V.

Frauke Thielecke

Frauke Thielecke

After studying American Studies and a scholarship in Wales, Frauke Thielecke is studying directing at the Hamburg Media School. Her short film “Dunkelrot” wins the Max Ophüls Prize, her final film “Abendlied” is awarded the Studio Hamburg Young Talent Award, among others. Since then, she has shot numerous series episodes and feature-length films, primarily for ARD and ZDF, directs at the Hamburg Kammerspiele and enthusiastically teaches acting students.

Kerstin Ramcke

Kerstin Ramcke

Among other things, Kerstin Ramcke has supervised over 80 “Tatort” episodes for NDR (Hamburg, Kiel and Lower Saxony). She is creative producer of the feature films “Gloomy Sunday – Ein Lied von Liebe und Tod” (1999) and “Rosenstrasse” (2003) by Margarethe von Trotta and producer of Bille August’s “Nachtzug nach Lissabon” (2013) and currently co-producer of “Die Pfefferkörner und der Schatz der Tiefsee” (2021). In addition to series such as “Der Tatortreiniger” and “Großstadtrevier,” she was most recently responsible for the RTL production “Das weiße Schweigen” (2021).

Maximilian Haas

Maximilian Haas

Maximilian Haas did not study acting, but jumped into it at the age of 13: shoot, play, take chances. He shot cinema, continuous leading roles in series and film at home and abroad. He benefited from Larry Moss, trained at Sigrid Andersson’s gas station, and learned Meisner Technique from Mike Bernardin. As an adult, he was also interested in the different perspectives of the film biz: He produced himself, developed ideas, created as an editor – and years later decided to make the drastic change of sides: Now he is an agent and lecturer.

Bernd Brundert

Bernd Brundert has been traveling the world with his camera as an independent photographer for over 30 years. He loves the interpersonal encounters and manages to show essences of the people with his portraits, strong and blunt. Bernd works with various agencies in German-speaking countries and has portrayed hundreds of actors and actresses.

Theresa Sophia Albert

Theresa Sophia Albert

Theresa Sophie Albert is active in various projects as a coach for actors, directors and productions. Her own experiences as an actress and director are continuously incorporated into her work. As a lecturer (among others Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf, HMDK Stuttgart, Skuespillerakademiet Copenhagen) she teaches camera acting, presence training with physical-imaginative acting exercises according to Chekhov and scene analysis.
