The SNOWDANCE INDEPENDENT FILMFESTIVAL has been a place for directors, actors, casters and producers to meet for many years.

In addition to the film program with professionally produced films and series beyond the mainstream, the festival offers the opportunity for networking and further education, e.g. in the form of workshops for actors and filmmakers.

Based on the experience of these years and the cooperation with different profs from the film and television industry, we have developed a 12-day seminar for actors.

For 12 days, participants will work intensively with directors, coaches, casters and agents in a protected setting. Guest lecturers from the fields of artist relations, production and PR / social media for artists provide valuable insights into the specifics of these areas and offer opportunities for personal exchange. A method of scene analysis, the “block of 10” (Andersson system), will be available to participants after the end of the course like a toolbox for independent shooting and casting preparation. In addition, during the course, three headshots will be produced by a well-known portrait photographer and an “About-Me” by each participant.

The number of participants is limited to 14 people per course.
